"My name is Rich Zeisler. I started working for Michael Genovese 45 years ago and am a graduate of GIA. My favorite thing about my job is working with customers and helping them design the perfect piece of jewelry. A very rewarding aspect of being a long-time employee at Genovese is that I have built strong relationships and a legacy of trust with my customers. It is a great feeling when I have the opportunity to assist several generations within one family picking out their wedding rings; sometimes it’s Mom and Dad bringing in their kids to work with me, other times it’s the grandparents coming into the store with their grandchildren. It’s pretty incredible to have developed such a loyal clientele base and that they make it a tradition within their family to shop with us."

My favorite piece of jewelry in the store is 14k white gold engagement ring set with one brilliant round 14.6ct diamond, SI-2 clarity F color. It’s an absolutely spectacular ring!!
